We strive for 100% customer satisfaction at Smart Luxevo. Please review our policy before returning an item.

1. Eligibility for Returns

 Accepted Within 7 Days of delivery if:

  • Item is defective/damaged.

  • Wrong item received.

  • Unopened & in original packaging.

 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods.

  • Custom-made/products with hygiene seals (e.g., earrings).

2. Return Process

  2. Return Approval: We’ll provide a return authorization (RMA) and address.

  3. Ship Back: Include original packaging and tags. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: 5–10 business days after receiving the returned item.

  • Refund Method: Original payment mode.

  • Partial Refunds: Issued for used/opened items at our discretion.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Contact us for approval.

5. Shipping Damage/Missing Items

Report within 48 hours with photos/video proof to claim a replacement/refund.
