Custom-made/products with hygiene seals (e.g., earrings).
2. Return Process

Return Approval: We’ll provide a return authorization (RMA) and address.

Ship Back: Include original packaging and tags. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
3. Refunds

4. Exchanges

5. Shipping Damage/Missing Items
